Thanks for posting this -- it was really interesting on about a hundred different levels!
Yeah I need positive body stories like this one in my life right now.
Yeah, I also love that the video goes into real detail about how much consistent work and money need to be invested in order to maintain that body type and to be an entertainer. People think it's easy and that anybody could do it and they are SO TOTALLY WRONG.
I'd love to get some of those treatments but I am soooo lazy when it comes to working out, though I do plan on starting to stretch more often.
